Our models look for signs of editing or forgery on the document, read the details on it, and compare the photo to your selfie. They don't decide on their own: a trained reviewer sees the result and confirms it before you are marked verified.
The reviewer leaves a note saying exactly why, for example a blurry photo or a name that doesn't match. You upload again from the same page. There is no second fee.
